  the only thing I don’t like very much, is the use of LCD screen. it’s great for workbench and work applications, but not designed for gaming in my opinion.

  Like old arcade games, amiga games are made to run natively in 15khz RGB mode, so the screen creates natural antialiasing with the scanlines. See a game under UAE, and the same one under a real amiga : the real amiga game seems to look nicer.

  Personaly it’s why I’m using a dedicated amiga 1200 + 1085s monitor, only for a good retrogaming experience purpose.

  But anyway, you’re right… AMIGA FOREVER RULES

  What do you use to connect your Amiga on a LCD scrren ? VGA box ? Scandoubler ? Other ?

  Ca créé aussi de l’aliasing dans tes yeux un vieil écran Entre l’effet rétro que l’on peut perdre, et le confort d’utilisation que l’on gagne, mes yeux ont tranché…

  Quand je pense que j’ai toujours cru que la sortie composite d’un 500 envoyait un signal N/B…

  I ever think that composite out of A500 gave B/W signal…

  J’ai lu sur MO5 je crois, qu’on avait sorti un algorithme pour avoir un rendu CRT sur un LCD, pas trop le temps de chercher ces temps-ci mais si quelqu’un veut s’y coller… Ils font la démo statique (screenshots) avec une Atari 2600.

  I have read on http://www.mo5.com about an algotithm allowing an old monitor-flavoured display with a LCD, I’m too buisy to search but if someone wants to… They make a static demonstration (screenshots) vith an Atari 2600.
