Thank you for sharing this nice project. Good to see that the gerber files are available also. On the other hand I understood that you can propose a preassembled board for those who do not have electronic backgroud. Could you please let know the price for it, I think I did not see it on the web site ?

Unfortunately I can propose a very few number of preassembled boards in general, because I am an hobbyist and it take me 1,5-2 hours to assemble, test and clean each board.
Anyway, from time to time when I build a couple board during a weekend, I propose them on the forums I am attending (amigapage.it, eab.abime.com, and amigaimpact.org now).
I am also proposing some DIY kits, for people capable of soldering smd parts, when I have components available.
Regarding the prices: I am asking 30eur + shipping (5 eur within EU) for the assembled board, and 25EUR for the DIY kit (all components+App)
It could seem expensive, but honestly speaking I think it is a fair price considering the mere components cost 18EUR + the pcb cost 3EUR + cleaning chemicals + 2 hours work.
On the other hand, if one wants to build everything by himself, he can start with the gerbers, order pcb, get components and build the board. At the end the only thing he has to ask me is the fw “App”. The “App” does not have a formal price … but I would appreciate a donation -say- of 5EUR for each App, so I can pay me further development and prototype boards.
I don’t want to make money by selling boards or the App; my intention is to make it available to the most number of Amiga users is possible, at a fair price for both me and the user.

Yes, I’m very sorry that I did not asnwer to your previous message but I’m quite busy and this was completely went out of my mind :-).

The assembled boards shall be probably delivered within 3rd week of March, so you are fully on time to reserve one for you (until availability).
I am just gathering reservations at the moment; when the boards will be in my hands I will distribuite them in order of reservation.

Petit retour sur ma commande du HID2AMI. Les cartes sont dispo et ma commande devrait arriver prochainement. Pour ceux que ça intéresse (je traduis les échanges de mails que j’ai eu avec Mirko) les fichiers gerber sont dispo. mais c’est toujours l’ancienne révision, la 1.0. La 1.1 va arriver d’ici quelques semaines et sera dispo via github.
Question prix pour la carte assemblée, c’est donc 30€ + 5€ d’expédition (ou 9.5€ avec suivi) : Avec mise à jour gratuite du firmware à vie.
Le firmware peut aussi être acheté (au cas où on décide de faire le montage sois même) et lui est à 5€ (pas de mise à jour possible) ou 10€ (mise à jour à vie gratuite), seule particularité c’est qu’il faut un firmware par carte (un peu comme le Gotek où pour chaque flash c’est 12€).
Voilà je ne manquerai pas de vous faire part de mon retour une fois le convertisseur reçu et essayé.
plus qu’un simple adaptateur c’est top !

Si tu parles Anglais, je te transfert au vendeur, sinon je peux faire la démarche pour toi (comme je l’ai proposé à Mandrake) Il y a encore 3 kits dispo. Si tu en veux un, contacte moi en MP et dis moi comment tu veux procéder (Tu t’occupes de commander en direct mais en Anglais, ou je le fais pour toi)
Je ne suis pas capable d’écrire en français, mais si vous connaissez l’italien, c’est bien aussi 😉
